Yes, for all races except the Marathon Relay. A $10 switching fee applies to ALL changes, regardless of going up or down in distance. If switching to a more expensive race, an additional charge will be incurred, based on the race to which you switch. These fees are listed on the online form. There is no refund for the price difference if switching to a less expensive event.

Switches must be made using the online form at least fourteen (14) days before race day. After that date, switches must be made at the Health and Fitness Expo.

Marathon Relay runners may not switch to another race distance. They may defer to the following year or transfer their bib to another runner.
You are welcome to still pick up your packet and receive your participation t-shirt at the Health & Fitness Expo.
If you are injured but can still walk or jog, you may want to switch your registration to a shorter distance. See above for details on transferring to a different race distance.

Yes. Registration is available at the Health & Fitness Expo on Friday, March 3 from 12pm-8pm.
Race day packet pick-up will be near the race start on Saturday, March 4 from 6:00 - 7:15 am.
No. There will be NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.
Yes. Your race packet includes your official race bib, timing tag, and final instructions along with safety pins for your bib. You must wear both your tag and bib on race day or you will not be allowed on the course. If you do not pick up your race packet at the Health & Fitness Expo you will not be able to run the race. Packets cannot be mailed.
Packet pick up for all races will be available at the Health & Fitness Expo on Friday, March 3 from 12pm – 8pm. Packet pick-up will be available on race morning from 6:00-7:15 am near the race start.
Bring a photo ID to pick up your packet. It is also a good idea to bring a hard copy of your registration confirmation email. Bib number information will also be available at the Health & Fitness Expo.
Yes. Your friend will need written permission (signed) in order to retrieve your packet.

Walkers are welcome for the half marathon and the 5K races. The finish line for all races is open for six hours. If you are unable to complete the race within six hours, race officials will transport you to the finish line.
iPods, Walkmans and other earpiece music devices are allowed on the course. If you choose to wear one, please be extra cautious and mindful of the volume of your music and your presence on the course.
Baby strollers/joggers are allowed. Runners & walkers with baby joggers should line up at the back. In-line skates, bicyclists, or unregistered runners are not allowed on the course to ensure safety for all participants.
Yes, there will be portable restrooms located at the Start/Finish and approximately every few miles along the course.
Yes. Your timing tag is built in to your race bib and is required to be worn for official times to be recorded and accurate calculation of placement.
Yes, the finish line for the Marathon and 5K will close after six hours. If you are unable to complete the race within six hours, you will be transported to the finish line by race officials.
Yes. Runners MUST notify the race director via email and should be aware that NO police support will be available until the lead runner from the official start passes.

Absolutely! The Health & Fitness Expo is open to the public. On race day, family and friends are encouraged to cheer at multiple locations along the course. Spectators are also welcome to enjoy the post race atmosphere at the finish line - music, food vendors and great people watching!
